Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing activities, with a primary focus on generating qualified leads and creating new business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers/partners, making calls, following up with leads, maintaining lead records, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, online research, social media, referrals, databases, and other marketing channels.

• Identify and research potential customers, business partners, and prospective gallery locations.

• Make regular outbound calls and communicate with prospects to understand their requirements.

• Explain the company's products/services and generate interest among potential customers.

• Maintain and regularly update the lead database/CRM with accurate information.

• Follow up with existing leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Qualify leads based on their interest, requirement, budget, location, and potential.

• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales/marketing team.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of qualified leads.

• Track daily calls, leads generated, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

• Prepare regular reports on lead-generation activities and performance.

• Conduct basic market research to identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as required.

Performance Expectations / KPIs

The candidate will be expected to work toward measurable daily and monthly targets, including:

• Number of calls made

• Number of new leads generated

• Number of qualified leads

• Number of follow-ups completed

• Number of meetings/appointments scheduled

• Lead-to-conversion ratio

• Contribution toward monthly sales/business targets

• Marketing- Email, WhatsApp, Social media

• Conduct campaign for lead generation

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new prospects.

• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, email, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales and marketing techniques.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years in sales, telecalling, lead generation, business development, or marketing preferred.

• Fresher’s with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a target-oriented environment may also apply.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
