Job Title Tele Counsellor- Domestic

Function Call Centre

Job Location Gurgaon, Sector 18

Working time • 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

• 10 am to 7 pm office hours

• Sunday Fixed off

Minimum Education • 12th pass.

• Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Passout

with result in hand.)

Work Experience Fresher with good comms.

Min. 6 months – 5 years exp. From BPO Outbound process.

Gender Female/ Male

Industry Exposure Required • Can communicate in Hindi and English both

• Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead

generation.

• Lead Generation process

• Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable

Compensation Band For fresher

16k in hand- 20k ctc.

For exp-

• We are providing leads (of the interested students who want to join frankfinn) to the

candidates, they must call the student and convenience them to attend free Walkin seminar

which is provided by Frankfinn.

Criteria

• Min -12th Pass out Candidate.

• With No MTI-Mother Tongue issue (S-SH, V-VH, P-PH Sound Error)

• RTI-Regional touch issue (Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odisha)

• Speech Clarity Required

• Age- Min.18 and Max-34

• Talkative candidate

• Must spoke 3-4 line on every given topic.

Note- Please ask the candidate for their medical background (if they are having any problem like

asthma or any contagious disease) or also ask for He/she is medical fit (Handicapped) or not.

Up to 21k. to 25k In hand/ctc same. (no pf Deduction)

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
