### 📋 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Admission Counselor to handle student inquiries, provide course and admission guidance, follow up with prospective students, and achieve admission targets.

### 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Handle inquiries from students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

• 🎓 Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and career opportunities.

• 💡 Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

• 🔄 Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead records.

• 🎯 Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.

• 📝 Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

• 🤝 Coordinate with academic and admission teams for smooth admission processing.

• ❤️ Build positive relationships with students and parents.

• ❓ Handle student queries and resolve admission-related concerns professionally.

• 📊 Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

### 🛠️ Required Skills

• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 💬 Strong counseling and convincing abilities.

• 📞 Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

• 🎯 Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

• 🤝 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• 💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and lead management.

• 🎓 Experience in Admission Counseling / Education Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales preferred.

### 🎓 Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

• 👩 Female candidates preferred.

• 🏫 Candidates with experience in the Education/Admission Counseling sector will be preferred.

### 💰 Compensation

₹25,000/- per month + Performance-Based Incentives
