Job Title: Admission Counselor (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Noida, Sector 15

Experience Required: 1–6 plus years

Working Days: 5.5 days/week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any field

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students and parents through the complete admission process and helping them choose the right course based on their goals, interests, and academic background.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs/courses.

Explain course details, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.

Maintain follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversions.

Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain and update CRM/database with timely records of inquiries and interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams during admission and onboarding processes.

Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand student requirements and provide solutions

Strong convincing and relationship-building skills

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
