The role involves counseling prospective students, handling inquiries, and driving enrollments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and program details
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and walk-in inquiries
Convert leads into admissions through effective communication
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
Provide complete information about courses, fees, and enrollment process
Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive experience
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
