Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Student Counsellor with a strong background in sales and student engagement. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students and parents, and driving enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective students with detailed information about courses and programs.

• Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right course based on their career goals.

• Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Support marketing activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and promotions.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems.

• Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.

• Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor insights.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years in student counselling, sales, or a similar role.

• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Experience in the education industry is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
