Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and understand their academic and career goals.

• Provide detailed information about the company's online courses and learning programs.

• Guide students in selecting the most suitable course based on their interests and educational background.

• Follow up with prospective students and address their queries professionally.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.

• Achieve counseling and enrollment targets while ensuring a high-quality student experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong academic knowledge and the ability to explain educational programs clearly.

• Good interpersonal and counseling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales will have an added advantage.
