Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counselor with a background in Data Science & AI certification sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, understanding learner career goals, and converting prospects into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, email, and chat regarding Data Science and AI programs.

• Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable certification tracks

• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and virtual platforms

• Convert qualified leads into enrollments

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Data Science & AI / Tech certification sales

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented approach

• Basic understanding of Data Science & AI career paths

• Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
