Job Title:  Video Engineer- Digital Operations Executive

Shift: Rotational 24x7 Shift

About the Role:

Skandha Media Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and technically sound Live Operations Executive with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our broadcast and streaming operations team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting live streaming workflows.

Experience Required:

1 to 1.5 years in live streaming, broadcast operations, or a related technical domain.

Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech

B.Sc. (IT)


Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage live streaming events.

Handle live feed inputs (SRT/UDP/RTMP etc.) and ensure smooth transmission.

Troubleshoot streaming, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients during live events.

Maintain logs, reports, and incident documentation.

Support cloud-based streaming and storage workflows.

Technical Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of Networking concepts (IP, VLAN, Multicast, Bandwidth, etc.)

Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (GCP preferred)

Basic knowledge of streaming technologies (SRT, HLS, RTMP, UDP)

Familiarity with tools/platforms such as: Haivision Gateway,Nimble Streamer,TitanLive,GCP Cloud


Soft Skills:

Good email writing and documentation skills

Fluent in English

Strong communication skills for client interaction

Ability to work under pressure during live events

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts

Ability to handle multiple live events simultaneously
