Technician

Installation & Mounting:

◦ Physically mount IoT air sensors and outdoor LED screens at designated locations on

construction sites.

◦ Install and secure SIM-based routers to ensure stable internet connectivity for all

devices.

◦ Perform basic electrical wiring to connect devices to 230V AC power points safely.

• Configuration & Calibration:

◦ Configure the router and sensor settings to connect to the cloud dashboard via the

mobile app.

◦ Sync the outdoor LED screen to display real-time data accurately.

◦ Conduct on-site calibration tests under the remote guidance of the Operations

Manager.

• Maintenance & Breakdown Resolution:

◦ Respond to service tickets for "Offline" devices or blank displays within 24 hours.

◦ Diagnose hardware faults, internet connectivity drops, or power failures onsite.

◦ Replace faulty spares (sensors, cables, or power units) from the Mumbai stock

room.

• Reporting & Quality:

◦ Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for every installation to ensure

high-quality aesthetics.

◦ Submit "Site Completion Reports" with photos of the installed unit and signal

strength.

◦ Maintain a personal toolkit and ensure no wastage of mounting materials.
