We are looking for a Technician Helper to join our team at Praction Networks Private Limited to Install and Service.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure internet connections, routers, modems, and networking equipment
Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity, speed, and network issues
Perform fiber, broadband, or wireless installations and repairs
Maintain and test network cables, switches, and access points
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Ensure compliance with safety and service quality standards
Maintain service records, job reports, and installation documentation
Coordinate with backend/network teams for escalated issues
