we are looking for Electronics Technician, who will be the backbone of our hardware reliability, moving seamlessly from the microscopic world of SMD soldering to the high-level analysis of technical schematics.
Core Responsibilities
1. Precision Assembly & Repair
Expert Soldering: Perform high-quality soldering and desoldering of both Surface Mount Devices (SMD) and Through-Hole (Leaded) components.
Rework Mastery: Execute complex PCB reworks, including track repairs and component replacements, ensuring zero damage to sensitive substrates.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize specialized equipment such as hot-air rework stations, digital microscopes, and temperature-controlled soldering irons.
2. Technical Analysis & Diagnostics
Documentation Interpretation:
Read and interpret complex technical documents, including schematics, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, and Datasheets.
Fault Finding: Use diagnostic tools (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Logic Analyzers) to identify root causes of hardware failure at the component level.
System Testing: Conduct functional testing on repaired or newly assembled units to ensure they meet operational specifications.
3. Reporting & Data Management
Diagnostic Reporting:
Prepare detailed, clear reports outlining the symptoms, diagnostic steps taken, and the final resolution for every repair.
Document Maintenance: Manage and update technical libraries, including service manuals, firmware version logs, and calibration certificates.

Inventory Tracking: Maintain an organized log of electronic components and consumables to ensure the lab is always "mission-ready."
