Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Technician Helper to join our production team at Zylan International. In this role, you will play a key part in our manufacturing process, focusing primarily on assembling, testing, and servicing high-quality CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems. This position offers an excellent entry-level opportunity with strong potential for career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Camera Assembly: Assemble CCTV cameras, components, lenses, and circuit boards according to technical specifications and assembly lines.

Testing & Quality Control: Assist in testing assembled cameras to ensure proper functionality, video clarity, and alignment before packaging.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair or replace faulty components in defective or returned surveillance equipment.

Manual & Guide Reading: Read assembly guides, technical diagrams, and coordinate with senior technicians and engineers.

Reporting & Maintenance: Maintain daily assembly logs, document equipment issues, and strictly follow safety regulations on the production floor.

Inventory Support: Help source component parts, track stock levels, and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure production runs smoothly.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum qualification is 10th Pass

Experience: 0 - 0.5 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!)

Skills:

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for handling small electronic components.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a production environment.

Strong communication skills to explain technical issues simply and clearly.

Strict adherence to workshop health and safety regulations.

Preferred Skills

Basic computer knowledge
