We require an individual capable of handling administration, new admission processes, documentation, and rent collection, as well as minor plumbing and electrical repairs and other tenant-related maintenance tasks. Our tenants are primarily professionals working at various companies.

Depending on operational requirements, you will be required to visit the campus located near Baner or Sinhagad Road. Additionally, mandatory responsibilities of this role include conducting stock checks, performing regular campus inspections/rounds, and supervising the work of the staff currently on duty.
