Job Description

We are looking for a Solar O&M Technician to support the operation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of solar panels and equipment.

• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing solar system faults.

• Check electrical connections, cables, inverters, and other equipment.

• Support testing and commissioning activities.

• Record daily site readings, maintenance activities, and issues.

• Identify and report system faults to the reporting manager.

• Ensure proper use of tools and follow site safety procedures.

• Coordinate with electricians and the site O&M team.

• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech freshers candidates can apply.

• Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical qualification preferred.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV systems.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work at solar sites.

• Freshers can apply.

• Candidates from Noida/Greater Noida preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
