Installation & Setup: Assemble, install, and commission residential or commercial RO water purifiers.

Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, including changing sediment filters, carbon filters, and RO membranes.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues like water pressure drops, pump failures, or leaks.

Water Quality Testing: Check water TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) levels, pH, and taste to ensure safe, potable water.

Customer Service & Sales: Address customer complaints, pitch Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and collect service payments.

Inventory Management: Manage spare parts, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain daily service logs.
