Perform daily maintenance of electrical , plumbing and civil systems
Attend breakdown complaints and resolve within TAT
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule
Repair water leakages, pipelines and sanitary fittings
Handle minor civil works like patchwork, paintings and carpentry
Monitor DG, UPS and basic HVAC equipment
Maintain maintenance logbook and checklist
Follow safety standards during maintenance work
Coordinate with supervisor for major repair works
Ensure proper functioning of building utilites
