Maintenance Technician

Electrical Maintenance

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out corrective actions.

• Maintain lighting systems, power distribution panels, wiring, and electrical fixtures.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.

Air Conditioning & HVAC Maintenance

• Conduct servicing, preventive maintenance, and repair of split ACs, cassette ACs, and HVAC systems.

• Diagnose and resolve cooling and ventilation issues.

• Monitor performance and efficiency of air conditioning units.

• Coordinate with external vendors when required.

Restaurant Equipment Maintenance

• Inspect and maintain kitchen and café equipment.

• Respond promptly to maintenance breakdowns and emergency repairs.

• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of restaurant operations.

Preventive Maintenance

• Follow preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.

• Maintain maintenance logs and service records.

• Identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Day & Night).

• Ability to travel between outlets if required.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
