About the Opportunity

Grow Green EV is looking for ambitious engineering and technical graduates to join our comprehensive, industry-aligned training and placement program in Pune. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academic qualifications and the rapidly growing Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, making you a job-ready professional.

Successful candidates will undergo 3 months of intensive, fully sponsored training with guaranteed placement support upon completion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / MCVC (in relevant technical fields like Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering).

• Age Limit: 18 to 29 Years Only.

Core Responsibilities & Training Focus

During the 3-month industry-oriented training, you will be equipped to handle the following responsibilities on the shop floor:

• EV Service & Maintenance: Perform routine diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on electric vehicles.

• Systems & Components Handling: Understand and work with critical EV parts including motors, controllers, and thermal management units.

• Electrical & Electronics: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex low-voltage and high-voltage wiring, circuits, and electronic components.

• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Use advanced scanning tools to identify mechanical and digital system faults.

• EV Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to high-voltage safety standards and workshop guidelines.

• Quality & Assembly Support: Assist in vehicle assembly lines, quality control testing, and production workflows.
