Field Service Engineer

🔹 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Field Engineer
🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼: Internal Team / Team Leader

🔑 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Install, configure, test and commission power and video solutions at customer sites
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and replacement of defective components
• Provide on-site/off-site technical support and resolve customer issues within defined timelines
• Conduct preventive maintenance and provide service recommendations
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain equipment, serial number, parts and maintenance records
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Customer Service, Warehouse and Project teams
• Ensure required tools and spare parts are available for service activities
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on system operation and maintenance
• Follow company safety, health and environmental procedures while working with electrical systems and batteries
• Stay updated on products, technologies, troubleshooting techniques and industry standards

✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Technical knowledge of UPS, inverters, batteries and electrical systems
• Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good problem-solving, communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams
