Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, including managing the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Site & Construction Management: Coordinate site surveys, supervise solar installers, and manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety standards and design plans.
Budgeting & Financial Control: Monitor project costs, forecasts, and invoices, ensuring positive cash flow and profitability.
Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment, such as modules and inverters, to avoid project delays.
Compliance & Permitting: Manage regulatory approvals, grid connection contracts, and building inspections.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, including weather delays or technical issues, and develop contingency plans.
Technical Support: Provide technical expertise regarding solar PV systems, structural engineering, and electrical components.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Generally 3–8 years of experience in solar project management or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar PV system design, NEC codes, and CAD software (AutoCAD, PVSyst, or Google SketchUp).
Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Wrike) and MS Office Suite.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
