Job Summary

Agranika Techlabs LLP is hiring a Service Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Audio Visual (AV) Solutions. The role involves installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, technical demonstrations, and customer support for AV and collaboration products at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission Audio Visual (AV) equipment at customer sites.

• Configure and set up Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), Video Conferencing Systems, PTZ Cameras, Digital Podiums, LED Video Walls, Audio Systems, Wireless Presentation Systems, and Display Solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and end-user training.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, audio, video, and network-related issues.

• Perform preventive maintenance and on-site service visits.

• Coordinate with the sales and project teams for smooth project execution.

• Prepare installation reports, service reports, and customer handover documents.

• Ensure timely completion of installations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in AV installation or technical support.

• Knowledge of AV products, displays, projectors, interactive panels, conferencing systems, and audio equipment.

• Basic understanding of networking (IP Addressing, LAN, Wi-Fi).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar conferencing platforms is an advantage.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel for customer visits.
