We are looking for a Teacher to join our team at Vidya Vriksha, an education-learning initiative focused on concept-based and personalised learning. The position involves teaching students, creating lesson plans, tracking their progress, and helping them achieve their academic goals. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹5,000 – ₹11,000, depending on experience and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging, concept-based teaching sessions.

• Prepare lesson plans and study materials.

• Track student performance and provide regular feedback.

• Help students with doubts, tests and exam preparation.

• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

• Communicate professionally with students and parents.

• Submit Progress report of the student at the end of the month.

• Support Vidya Vriksha's social media, basic marketing and lead-generation activities.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification is 12th Pass, with 0–6+ years of teaching experience.
Pentablet and laptop is must for teaching. Strong subject knowledge, communication skills, patience and student-handling ability are required. Basic knowledge of Canva, social media and lead generation will be an added advantage.
