Position Title: IELTS & Soft Skills Trainer
Department: Training & Development / Career Services
Location: FC Road (Pune)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance (as applicable)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IELTS & Soft Skills Trainer to deliver effective
training sessions that help students and professionals improve their English language
proficiency, communication skills, and overall personality development.
The trainer will be responsible for preparing candidates for the IELTS examination (Academic &
General Training) and conducting soft skills sessions focused on communication, interview
preparation, confidence building, and corporate etiquette.

Key Responsibilities
1. IELTS Training
● Conduct high-quality IELTS (Academic & General) training sessions for students and
professionals.
● Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests aligned with the IELTS format.
● Teach and guide students across all four modules – Listening, Reading, Writing, and
Speaking.
● Evaluate students’ performance and provide personalized feedback to improve test
scores.
● Stay updated with the latest IELTS test patterns and evaluation criteria.

2. Soft Skills & Communication Training
● Design and deliver engaging sessions on communication, presentation skills, teamwork,
leadership, and time management.
● Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and confidence-building activities.
● Help learners improve verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, and
interpersonal skills.
● Customize training modules based on learner profiles (students, corporate professionals,
etc.).
3. Curriculum Development & Reporting
● Prepare, review, and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
● Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and training records.
● Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling sessions and student assessments.
4. Mentoring & Student Support

● Motivate and mentor students to achieve their IELTS target scores and personal
development goals.
● Provide career guidance and counseling as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● Education: Graduate in English / Communication / Linguistics / Education or related
field.
● Certifications: IELTS / TESOL / TEFL certification preferred.
Experience:
● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IELTS or English language training.
● Experience in soft skills / corporate communication training is an added advantage.
● Excellent command over spoken and written English.
● Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
● Ability to handle diverse learners with patience and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
● Creative training approach using activities, case studies, and multimedia tools.
● Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
● Knowledge of student assessment techniques and feedback systems.
Work Mode
● On-site: FC Road, Pune
● Hybrid / Online modules may be assigned based on batch schedules.
