2. Role Purpose

To design and facilitate soft skills and behavioral learning interventions while managing the end-to-end coordination and execution of training programs. The role requires a professional with hands-on experience in training delivery, learning content development, and training program management to ensure effective implementation of learning initiatives.

3. Key Responsibilities

A. Training Delivery and Facilitation

• Facilitate soft skills and behavioral training programs for employees across relevant organizational levels.

• Use appropriate facilitation methodologies, including role plays, group activities, case studies, simulations, and discussions.

• Assess participant engagement and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.

B. Learning Content Design and Development

• Design, develop, and customize training content based on identified learning needs and business requirements.

• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals to structure effective learning experiences.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop relevant and accurate training content.

• Review and update existing learning material to improve content quality, relevance, and engagement.

C. Training Program Coordination and Execution

• Coordinate training schedules, nominations, communication, logistics, attendance, and material readiness.

• Maintain training records, feedback, assessments, and program documentation.

• Track training completion, participation, evaluation scores, and key learning metrics.

• Prepare training MIS reports and track program effectiveness.

4. Experience and Technical Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field with 4–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or soft skills training.

• Experience in independently conducting soft skills and behavioral training sessions for employees.

• Experience in developing new training material and modifying existing content based on learning needs.

• Experience in coordinating and managing training interventions, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and reporting.

• Certification in Training, Facilitation, Train-the-Trainer, or Instructional Design will be an added advantage.
