ENGEAR (www.engeareducation.com) is looking for young and enthusiastic Communication Skills Trainers who want to build their career in EdTech!

We are looking for male or female communication experts who can join in immediately with a starting salary ~ 20-25K and can kickstart their career with rewarding opportunities in the near future!

Here are some of the traits and experience we are keen about:

• Impeccable command over the language especially speaking skills, sounds and pronunciation.

• Complete know-how of computer- based communication and basic learning management systems like Zoom, GMeet and MS Teams

• Good command over the MS Offi0ce – Word, Power-point and Excel

• Good exposure to online based teaching and ability to work online for 6-8 hours a day.

• Strong interpersonal and teaching skills

• Experience in the online education is always preferred.

Job Responsibilities include

• Facilitation and training of working professionals and learners as well as conducting daily classes and orientations online.

• Conducting seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.

• Preparation of content and lesson planning of communication courses from time to time.

• Training and mentoring new employees.

• Engaging into process engineering part to identify areas of improvement w.r.t operations, curriculum efficiency and content delivery.

• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.

• It is a Both గురువు / బోధకుడు job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
