Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Principal to support school leadership, guide teachers, coordinate academic activities, and ensure a positive, nurturing, and child-centred learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing daily academic and school operations.

• Guide, mentor, and support teachers in their professional development.

• Coordinate academic activities and ensure smooth classroom functioning.

• Promote child-centred teaching practices and a supportive school environment.

• Support curriculum implementation and conduct classroom observations.

• Collaborate with teachers and management to maintain high academic standards.

• Encourage the holistic development, well-being, and learning of children.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in teaching, academic coordination, or school leadership.

• Understanding of child development and child-centred education.

• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school management.

• Passion for children's education and holistic development.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in school administration, academic leadership, or teacher mentoring will be preferred.
