What You’ll Do

Every day, you will shape little worlds of wonder. Your role includes:

• Understanding the curriculum and creatively implementing it in class.

• Designing playful learning experiences tailored to children’s needs and interests.

• Guiding small kids with patience and care, making learning joyful and engaging.

• Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Observing and nurturing each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.

• Partnering with parents as allies in their child’s journey.

• Collaborating with fellow educators to plan activities, celebrations, and projects.
