Reports To: Center Head / Academic Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, activities, and routines that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct daily classroom activities following the preschool curriculum.

• Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.

• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and positive social interaction among children.

• Teach basic concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, and letters through play-based learning.

• Maintain proper classroom discipline and routines.

• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress and development.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the classroom and play areas.

• Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate (preferably with a background in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training).

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a love for working with young children.

• Ability to manage classroom activities effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturdays

• Timings: 9:00AM to 3:00PM
