Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Civil Trainer who can effectively train, mentor, and guide students using strong technical knowledge combined with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions

• Communicate technical concepts in a clear and simple manner

• Mentor students and provide career guidance

• Manage classrooms professionally and maintain discipline

• Encourage student participation and interactive learning

• Adapt teaching methods based on student understanding levels

Technical Skills:

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp

• Revit

• BIM

• STAAD.Pro

• V-Ray

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong presentation and public speaking ability

• Patience and ability to handle diverse learning styles

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Teaching, training, or industry experience preferred
