Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and caring Pre-Primary Teacher for a reputed International School located in Pirangut, Mulshi – Pune. The candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, handling young learners with patience, and supporting their overall academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities.

• Teach basic concepts through creative and interactive methods.

• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment.

• Monitor and support children’s emotional, social, and academic growth.

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

• Organize classroom events, activities, and celebrations.

• Ensure proper classroom discipline and hygiene.

• Encourage creativity, communication, and confidence among students.

• Follow school policies and curriculum guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong classroom management abilities.

• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young children.

• Good understanding of child development and learning methods.

• Ability to engage students through interactive teaching techniques.

Qualification:

• Graduate with D.Ed / Montessori / ECCEd / B.Ed preferred.

• Relevant experience in Pre-Primary teaching preferred.
