Gym Trainer

We are looking for a Gym Trainer to join our team at I Think Fitness.

The position requires creating design lesson plans and helping students meet their educational and academic goals.

The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 15,000.

Key responsibilities include:

•Equipment Instruction & Safety: Demonstrating proper exercise techniques, guiding members on equipment usage, and enforcing gym safety and hygiene rules.

•Member Assistance & Supervision: Supervising the gym floor to support members, answer questions, and ensure a safe environment.

•Fitness Assessments & Programming: Evaluating new member fitness levels, assessing posture, and creating basic or tailored workout routines.

•Personal Training & Coaching:

• Providing one-on-one and small-group train sessions, offering motivation, and tracking client.
• Relationship Building & Sales: Building raport with members to support retention, promoting personal training services, and assisting with facility tours

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Leadership skills.
