Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling
Guide prospective students through program details, admission requirements, and career pathways in clinical research.
Provide ongoing support to enrolled students, addressing academic and personal concerns.
Conduct orientation sessions and workshops to enhance student engagement.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day operations of the training program.
Manage admissions, records, scheduling, and communication with students.
Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Program Support
Assist in organizing seminars, guest lectures, and industry interactions.
Maintain student databases and prepare periodic reports for management.
Contribute to continuous improvement of program delivery and student satisfaction.
