Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations and staff management

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

• Handle client communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English

• Maintain spa hygiene, ambiance, and presentation standards

• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage incentives for growth

• Manage scheduling, client bookings, and team coordination

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream)

• Age: 25–35 years

• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English

• Presentable, professional, and client-focused personality

• Flexible, responsible, and willing to stay in company-provided accommodation

• Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or spa management preferred
