Job Title: Security Guard

Location: Talegaon Workshop

Duty Hours: 12 Hours (Shift-based)

CTC Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and security of the Talegaon Workshop premises at all times.

• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.

• Maintain visitor register and vehicle movement records accurately.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity immediately.

• Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the workshop area.

• Prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access to company property.

• Coordinate with management and report incidents, safety concerns, or emergencies promptly.

• Ensure discipline and adherence to company security protocols.

• Support during emergency situations such as fire, accidents, or security threats.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred).

• Prior experience as a Security Guard preferred (industrial/workshop experience is an advantage).

• Physically fit and alert.

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible in nature.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
