Job Title: Parking Warden

Job Summary:

The Parking Warden is responsible for managing vehicle movement, guiding customers, and ensuring smooth and safe parking operations within the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide vehicles for proper parking and ensure maximum space utilization

• Manage entry and exit flow to avoid congestion

• Assist customers in locating parking slots

• Ensure adherence to parking rules and safety guidelines

• Coordinate with the cashier and supervisor for smooth operations

• Monitor unauthorized parking and report violations

• Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the parking area

• Provide basic assistance to customers (directions, support, etc.)

• Report incidents, damages, or safety hazards immediately

• Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and customer service protocols

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage traffic flow efficiently

• Alert, physically active, and responsible

• Basic understanding of safety practices

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th pass

• Experience in parking/security/traffic management preferred
