Job Description: Wealth Manager

Job Summary - The Wealth Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with HNI and UHNI clients by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services. The role involves understanding client needs, offering customized wealth solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients.

2. Understand client financial goals and provide suitable investment solutions.

3. Offer advisory on products such as Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Investment Products such as Mutual funds, fixed-income securities (bonds/debentures), and fixed deposits, Specialized Offerings such as Global investments, private equity, Pre-IPO opportunities, Insurance and real estate funds.

4. Regularly review client portfolios and recommend rebalancing as per market conditions.

5. Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

7. Maintain strong relationships with product partners and internal teams.

8. Prepare reports, presentations, and investment proposals for clients.

9. Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and new financial products.

What We're Looking For

1. 1–6+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Banking, or Financial Services.

2. Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

3. NISM, AMFI, CFP, or CFA certification preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, and other investment products.

5. Experience in managing HNI/UHNI clients and providing investment advisory.

6. Excellent communication, relationship management, and business development skills.

7. Strong analytical mindset with a client-centric approach.

8. High ethical standards with a good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
