Position: Associate – Flipkart Process (FKCABN)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls/chat/email

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues

• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards

• Follow company policies and procedures

• Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers

• Convince customers to make purchase decisions and add products to cart

• Drive sales by suggesting relevant products and upselling

Key Skills:
