Ensure adherence to the timelines set by the insurance company for medical evaluations.
Handle rescheduling requests, cancellations, and follow-ups with both customers and diagnostic partners.
Update appointment status and details in internal systems or CRM tools.
Maintain a log of interactions and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Liaise with insurance underwriters or agency teams to resolve queries or escalate special cases.
Send appointment reminders and ensure customer attendance for check-ups.
