Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and maintain call quality
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Update call details and maintain records in the system
Achieve productivity, quality, and performance targets
Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction on every call
Support team operations and assist new joiners (for experienced candidates)
Freshers and Experienced both can apply
Good English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer calls confidently
Experience in international BPO voice process preferred (for experienced)
Willing to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
