Visa Counsellor

A Visa Counselor assists clients with the complex visa application process, offering expert advice on requirements, eligibility, and documentation for travel, work, or study abroad, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, preparing applications, and acting as a liaison with consulates, requiring strong customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of regulations. Key responsibilities include client consultation, document review, application submission, status tracking, and staying updated on policies, while core skills involve communication, organization, and multitasking.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Assess client needs, identify suitable visa types, and explain requirements and procedures. 

• Documentation: Guide clients in gathering, preparing, and reviewing necessary documents, ensuring accuracy. 

• Application Management: Handle application forms, submit them to relevant authorities, and track progress. 

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with changing immigration laws and policies for various countries. 

• Communication: Act as a liaison with consulates, embassies, and clients, answering queries and resolving issues. 

• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, confidential client records and application statuses.
