Job Summary:
Responsible for managing customer relationships through digital channels, understanding financial needs, and promoting suitable banking products while ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via inbound/outbound calls as per defined policies
Understand customer needs and recommend relevant banking products
Deliver seamless digital banking support and resolve queries on time
Cross-sell and up-sell products like cards, assets, and TPP
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Handle complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction & retention
Achieve sales targets and manage assigned customer portfolio
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking regulations
Eligibility:
Graduate (any stream except B.Tech/BE)
Freshers or up to 1 year experience
Age limit : 18-30 years
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of banking/financial products
Sales and persuasion ability
Customer-focused mindset
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Languages:
Fluent English (mandatory)
Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada (any one)
