💼 Job Role

As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will manage customer relationships through calls and digital channels, understand customer needs, and recommend relevant banking products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with assigned customers

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products

• Cross-sell & upsell Cards, Loans/Assets, TPP and other banking products

• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

• Build strong customer relationships and focus on customer retention

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM

• Promote digital banking services

• Follow banking policies, compliance requirements and internal processes
  

✅ Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any stream except B.E./B.Tech

• Freshers can apply; 0–3 years experience

• Fluent English is mandatory

• Any one additional language: Hindi / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Sales and persuasion ability

• Basic knowledge of banking/financial products

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
