Job Overview

Shakti Events is looking for a creative and proactive Video Assistant to support our event and production team. The role involves assisting in video planning, guiding clients on video concepts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication throughout events and projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Guidance & Support

Assist in planning and executing video shoots for events and projects

Guide clients on video concepts, styles, and creative direction

Coordinate with videographers, editors, and production team

Ensure quality and consistency in video output

2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building

Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships

Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction

andle client queries related to video production

3. Event & Project Briefing

Take detailed briefs from clients before events/projects

Explain event flow and video coverage plans to the team

Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project goals

Assist in pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of video production and editing

Creative thinking and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects/events

Problem-solving attitude and teamwork mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in events, media, or video production (preferred but not mandatory)
