Job Title: Bus Captain/ Travel Executive - Various locations of Andhrapradesh ( 30 Openings )

Must speak fluent Telugu and good English.

Jobseekers who stay in and around Eluru, Nellore, Kakinada, Rajamundhry, Gudivada, Repelle and ready to relocate to these locations can apply. ( 5 openings in every location, total 30 positions )

For Hyderabad we are looking for jobseekers who stay nearby to Miyapur or Gachibowli and ready to relocate can apply.

Must speak fluent Telugu + Basic english

Shift Type: Full-time (Night Shifts), permanent job

Additionally Incentives + Free Dinner + ESI, Insurance

Shift Timing: Starts anytime between 7 PM - 11pm and return next day in the morning (10 -12 hours round trip), travel 6 hrs up and 6 hours return journey immedaitley

Example: Login at 10 PM and return by 10 AM/11 AM.

Last bus starts at 11pm from Andhrapradesh for all these locations and next day morning by 11am you will reach your city.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage spot bookings.

While travelling in Smartbus, build a good rapport and convince passengers to purchase return journey tickets by offering discounts on the tickets.

Collect feedback, ratings, and reviews.

Maintain accurate daily accounts.

Travel long distances overnight (10 - 12 hours round trip) and return to the starting point in the morning.

Coordinate with bus drivers and cleaning staff.

Advantage for passengers safety: Within bus we have toilets, GPS, Internet access

Cleaning boy will take care of toilets cleaning and handling passengers luggage and 2 drivers available in the bus.

Requirements:

Age: 19 - 32 years max (Male candidates only)

Education: Minimum 10th grade, diploma, or equivalent (Intermediate and degree holders are welcome)

Availability: Ability to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Skills: Traveling, customer service, hospitality, sales knowledge, and persuasive skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: ₹17,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner

Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000/month (with relevant experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service and valid experience documents ).

Incentives: Attractive incentives ranging from ₹3000 to ₹15,000/month for selling return journey tickets for everyone
