Role Summary
CompleteTrip.com is expanding its corporate travel business and is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Professional from the travel industry to onboard and manage corporate clients for flight bookings.
This is a field-focused role, where the candidate will meet companies, pitch our corporate travel solutions, onboard them on our corporate booking portal, and act as the first point of contact for all initial support and relationship management.
The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, deep understanding of corporate flight bookings, and the ability to close long-term corporate accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Client Acquisition
Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clientsfor flight bookings
Visit offices, industrial parks, business hubs, and corporate locations for meetings
Pitch CompleteTrip’s value proposition:
– Best available airfares– Minimal service fee markup– Instant ticket issuance via corporate portal
Convert leads into active corporate accountsRelationship Management & Account Handling
Act as the primary SPOC for newly onboarded corporate clients
Assist clients with onboarding, portal usage, and initial booking support
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and high-volume bookings
Coordinate with internal operations and support teams for smooth service delivery
Corporate Portal & Product Enablement
Demonstrate and explain the corporate self-booking portal
Ensure clients receive tickets instantly via email after booking
Gather feedback from corporate clients to improve product and service offerings
Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate acquisition and revenue targets
Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and visit reports
Track client performance, booking volumes, and revenue growth
Candidate Profile – Must Have
✔ 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel sales / B2B travel sales
✔ Mandatory background in travel, airline ticketing, or OTA corporate sales
✔ Strong network and contacts within corporates, SMEs, and business houses
✔ Proven experience in field sales and client meetings
✔ Strong understanding of flight bookings, fare structures, and corporate travel needs
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outdoor sales
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience selling corporate travel portals or self-booking tools
Existing corporate client base
Experience with airfare negotiations, markups, and service fee models
Familiarity with CRM tools
