Travels Manager is looking for an energetic and experienced Destination Expert – Domestic & International with strong B2C sales experience in selling travel packages for Maldives, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Dubai and Singapore.

 Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound B2C leads into successful bookings.

• Create customised itineraries & quotations based on traveller needs.

• Advise clients with expert knowledge of   India, Maldives, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Dubai & Singapore.

• Recommend hotels, sightseeing, activities & upgrades.

• Maintain communication with clients via call/WhatsApp/email.

• Work closely with the operations team for bookings & documentation.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong follow-ups.

• Resolve customer queries with a positive and solution-driven approach.
  

 Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in B2C international holiday sales.

• Strong destination knowledge:   Maldives, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Dubai and Singapore.

• Excellent communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills.

• Ability to prepare itineraries, costing, and customised packages.

• Target-oriented and high on ownership.

• Customer-first mindset and ability to multitask.
