Trip Planner & Sales Executive

We are looking for a Trip Planner who can handle travel leads from enquiry to quotation, follow-up, payment and final booking.

Key Responsibilities

Handle leads through WhatsApp, calls and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and prepare customized travel packages.

Create itineraries and quotations for Thailand & Vietnam holidays.

Coordinate with DMCs, hotels and suppliers for competitive rates.

Follow up with leads and handle sales objections.

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Follow up for payments and coordinate booking confirmation.

Upsell hotels, activities, transfers and premium experiences.

Maintain customer relationships and booking records.

Requirements

Excellent communication and sales skills.

Strong follow-up and negotiation ability.

Knowledge of Thailand/Vietnam travel is an advantage.

Experience in travel sales, tour operations or holiday packages preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in:

Travel agency

Tour operator

DMC

Travel sales

Holiday package sales

FIT/Group travel sales

Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.
