We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team at Loka Vihari Holidays. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned targets. You will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching travel products and services, closing sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, online leads, and referrals
Engage with customers to understand their travel requirements and budget
Present, promote, and sell travel packages and related services effectively
Design and share customized itineraries as per customer needs
Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions
Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions
Conduct basic market research to stay updated on travel trends and customer preferences
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0.5 – 2 years in travel sales or related sales roles
Strong communication and convincing skills
Customer-focused attitude with an ability to build rapport
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or sales tools
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in travel package sales, itinerary planning, and upselling/cross-selling will be an added advantage.
