About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create seamless travel experiences for clients.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based applications.

- A customer-centric approach with strong organizational skills.

-Must be comfortable with calling

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with domestic and international travel bookings.

- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements.

- Coordinate flight, hotel, transport, visa, and travel insurance arrangements.

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.

- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
